Troubleshooting
This section will explain how to install your Zygor Guides products on a computer running Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7 with the Zygor Client.
We know installing guides can be a headache sometimes, so we have developed our very own Zygor Client for installing our guides and keeping them up to date. You will not find something like this from any other guide vendors. Here's how it works:
After purchasing the guide, head over to the Members Area and login with the username and password you registered when you purchased the guide. Inside the Members Area, under Product Downloads, click the All-In-One Download Area link. Click the Download Now for Windows button to download the Zygor Guides Client.
Requirements:
You must have the Microsoft .net Framework 2.0 installed on your computer to use the Zygor Client. You can download the framework below:

Windows Vista and Windows 7 require you to right click the Zygor Client icon and select "Run As Adminstrator". If the client fails to download anything you may need to add an exception to your firewall for the Zygor Client.
Windows Install:
Click the Download Now button and download the Zygor Client file. Be sure to remember where you saved the file. Find the Zygor Client file and double click it. The Client window will pop up and ask you to enter your login information. Do NOT enter your World of Warcraft or Battle.net account information, only your ZygorGuides.com information. If you are trying to install the Free Trial guides simply leave the username and password fields blank.
The Client should also automatically detect your AddOns folder, but if for some reason it doesn't, or appears wrong, you can manually enter it or browse to the folder. Only do this if you know what you are doing. Click Ok to continue.
If you have no guides installed it will say "none" under Current Version. Click the Install button and the Zygor Client will retrieve the latest version of the guide for you from our website and automatically install the files for you. When it is finished, click "Launch WoW".
At the character selection screen, click the AddOns button at the bottom left corner of the screen. In this list, make sure Zygor Guides Viewer and Zygor Talent Advisor are checked. At the top right of this box check "Load out of date AddOns" and click Okay.
Enter world.
