This wasn't mentioned here or in your email, and I think I know the answer, but would like a confirmation....

If we ordered the full package within the last week or two, are these updates being discussed alreay included in that purchase price? (aka, no additional charge to a new customer like me)

I think I remember this answer being yes, but would like a confirmation.

What if I bought the guide just a couple months ago. Do I still have pay for an upgrade?

If you bought the guide on or after October 7th then you are eligible to receive our new Cataclysm guide expansion for free. If you purchased before October 7th you will be required to upgrade your current guides for a small fee.

Another one trying to buy alliance + horde and not having any luck - I know you're working on it but just thought I'd say.

I think the price is quite reasonable personally. It works out at just under £19 for me, and I was expecting more.

Regarding the Upgrade buttons:

The Alliance & Horde buttons work and take you to the payment page.

The upgrade for both Alliance AND Horde is broken. It just blinks and goes nowhere.
Please fix as many of us have dual subscriptions.

Buttons No Worky

Same here. The BUY buttons do nothing except refresh the page. Specifically the Combo Pack Ugrade for 1-85 Horde and Alliance ($30.00)

Hi there, ah, just thought I'd let you know what happens in my not been able to get. I click for both (not tried others yet) and the way it behaves is like pressing reload or refresh but it also scrolls the page further to the bottom, with "Please select product (subscription type) to renewal" now at the top of what can be seen. Plus the address changes from "http://zygorguides.com/members/" to "http://zygorguides.com/members/member.php#e". and even if I press to upgrade both again, same thing as from the first address.

Well, that's what happens with me, hope I could be understood, and that it helps

You know - It amazes me that people can post in this thread and NOT have read the bits where the site admins have said "Yup - aware of the problem - working on it now, should be fixed shortly."

And we still get people who post "Please fix it"

$20?? I know it's a lot of content, but I don't feel like that is a fair price, especially for members who have used your guides for a while now. Many months ago I was told that the upgrade price would be in the range of $5-$10, what happened to this?? That was a reasonable price, but to pay $20 for 5 levels?? Goodness. Sorry to rant, but I've been in the beta for months and $20 is not worth just finding a leveling path myself before release.

Hey, ranting is good. I like to hear a good rant. I can also see complaining if Zygor only had to add 5 levels onto the guide. Unfortunately, they had to add 2 new races into leveling, deal with the changing of zones in 1 to 60 leveling, and add the leveling from 80-85. The $20 is easily worth the money.
