Spires of Arak: Didn't build brewery or smuggler's den, how to build now?

I didn't build the smuggler's den or the brewery when it first came up but went through the guide as if I did build the smuggler's den. How do I build it now. after the fact? The architects table is gone and Lt. Willem just says, "Hey there." This is alliance and I'm level 99 now.

Go thru the beginning of the guide for the zone again to get to see if it will pop up for any quests that were not completed. Normally there is a quest associated with getting the outpost building built.

Edit: Found the config setting to stop it.

When I load that part of the guide it automatically advances through it and starts the Nagrand guide. How do I get it to stop auto advancing?

Just in case someone else needs that option, in the guide options in the display section at the bottom is an option to turn off automatically advancing.
However then the guide will stop going from step to step if you complete them.
You can however go into the WoW keybindings and assign a key to the next step function.

So I went back through the guide and all quests are completed. I clicked on the architect's table before but x'd out of it before selecting a building; thought I could come back and do it later.

You'll have to submit a GM ticket to find out what needs to be done to select a building. Going by what I can find it should have the table there for you to pick one.
