Unfortunately no. You'll have to use the World Quests to get raised up. Also make sure you do our entire Suramar guide as that should help make sure you get the rep quests done that are available.

Yes, the Suramar Leveling guides. A lot of the quests in that guide will also reward you with Nightfallen reputation.

If the daily world quest set is from the Kirin Tor you can choose a reputation reward item. Either 1500 reputation for all the other factions or 750 for the Nightfallen.
So check for which faction you can do the world quest set of four quests on the map.

But it seems the Kirin Tor quest is very rare, Blizzard does not want us to get reputation too fast apparently...
