world of warcraft alliance demon hunter dungeon problem

I try to enter deadmines as alliance demon hunter after I was done with the demon hunter starting area but it tells me recently created demon hunters cannot access legacy dungeons and raids please try again tomorrow why is this happening to me

That sounds like a Blizzard message. You don't see that in the guide viewer window do you?

It may be a blizzard message but I wonder why blizzard wont let me enter deadmines till tomorrow after being done demon hunter starting area

No idea. They might not let demon hunters into the old dungeons until the end of the month when the expansion goes live. Blizzard does strange things.
