Why do Alliance Characters get sent to Winterspring ? Why does the guide not direct them to the Hero's Call Board for Blasted Lands ?

Also step 29 Hellfire Peninsula. There is no command telling you to ask the female dwarf to send you to the front.

Winterspring is a 'filler' zone in order to get people an extra level or two before sending them to BL and then onto Outlands at 60.

Which quest are you referring to for the female dwarf and the front?
