Quest for rep guides

Currently the rep guides suggest championing in order to level rep up. I have found that questing is actually faster, so i would like to suggest that the guides suggest which zones to quest in.

The rep i'm doing is Alliance Vanguard

It would be very advantageous if the rep guides suggested that I do the appropriate quests first to maximise the rep grind.

The rep guides are done up in the fashion that we found to be the fastest method for leveling the rep. Sometimes we found it faster (to us) to ignore the quests and just use the tabard while running dungeons.
