Did you put in your existing member info on the right of the Pricing page? If so did it still show $30 when you got to the Clickbank website? And are you a guide owner or just a free trial member?

I'm having the same problem - purchase page shows I'm logged in, but when I get through to ClickBank it is still charging me $30. I'm a full guide owner (have the Cataclysm guides for Horde and Alliance)

I'm in the UK, not sure if that makes a difference...

Nope - found the $20 price in the list of guides in members area, and purchased that fine. Thanks for your help

Fixing now. Will update when it's fixed. For the time being, if you completely logout of the system and go to the pricing page, you should be able to enter your username and password again and get the discount.

I'm showing a discount on the diablo 3 guide, but no discounts for wow guides. I swear it was working yesterday when I checked, but today I'm showing no discounts at all for wow guides.

Let me know if you need screenshots.

There are no visible signals of the discounts on our WoW guides - just the
prices are lower than they usually are. For example, our Leveling guides
are normally $40.00 each, but they're currently shown as $30.00 each.

Ah! Ok, that makes more sense. I thought it would have the 'strikethrough' similar to what I saw on the diablo 3 guide.
