Cannot access the full version of the Zygor Guides, Help please!

Hi,

So, here's the problem, I start up the Zygor Guides Updater and as soon as it has loaded a message appears which says, "Your Zygor Guides username and password are incorrect, Trial user status assumed"

I have triple checked the username and password and I have re-installed the updater 3 times. When I go in game the Zygor Guide works, but only in trial mode.

Please help.

yeah, im having this problem too. if you try to click on support, it just links you to the same page you are already on. im starting to think ive been ripped off since the money went through right away yet somehow i cannot get ahold of anyone for help.

I don't think you've been ripped off because I have played with the guide before and I just unistalled it because I got bored of it and then I tried it again and this happens, maybe it's a fault in the update or something, hopefully we will get an answer soon.

I am having the same issue now. I have a new PC and went to download and go the error message. Went back to my old PC that has had Zygor forever on it and worked, and now it says it's invalid. I can get into the members area without any problems though.

We tweaked some things last night to make sure passwords are stored more securely, so there may be something that got messed up. Looking into it and should be fixed pretty soon! Thanks for your patience. :-)
