Pre-req quests

I tried using the daily guide on an old 80 i have and found out many of them were not available because i had missed some pre-required quests. Now i'm leveling a druid using the leveling guide, currently 75 and i'm wondering, by the time i hit 80 with him, would the leveling guide take care of ALL the pre-req quest i need to be able to run the daily guide without any problems ?

Most of them, except some of Storm Peaks and all of Icecrown and Argent Tournament (in Icecrown). Also, that's assuming you didn't skip anything with SIS.
