Just a quick question. Seeing as you can only choose 2 of a possible 5 daily quests. Should the guide be dynamically skipping the ones that aren't being selected? Mine isn't.

Yes it should. Go into your Dynamic Progression section of the guide settings and make sure the 'skip impossible steps' box is checked.
