IceCrown no ATG step 151

I got extremely frustrated, and ran across this trying to discover the solution.
Not sure where else I can submit this mishap.

This was the guide for icecrown, opening daily's NO ATG.

Have you done the full Icecrown Prequest portion? If you haven't done all of the Icecrown quests in that guide you might come across a few quests that you haven't "unlocked" yet. I'm doing the full Icecrown guide and I just did the steps that you mention, so far I haven't run into any problems.

Im at this step too (step 151) in the Icecrown full zone quest path, and i dont have the quest.

The pre-requisite is to complete and turn in quest 'Ebon Blade Prisoners' , after doing this The Leaper finally give the quest 'Shot'Em Up'
