Is there a guide that just does dailies that give you emblems of frost and such? If not then what are the ones y'all would recommend doing to get emblems?

As far as I know the only way to get Emblems of Frost or Triumph is to run dungeons and raids.
Using the Dungeon Finder tool will give you 2 Frosts for the first random Heroic dungeon each day and 2 Triumphs for subsequent randoms; the weekly raid quest (i.e. xxx Must Die!) will give you 5 Frosts and 5 Triumphs. This is in addition to any Frosts and Triumphs you get for killing each boss.
The weekly raids are pretty straightforward and quick (even with a pug).

Probably also worth saying that you don't need to pug with the dungeon finder - you can get your own party together and join the DF queue as a group with zero wait time.
5 of us in my guild recently dinged within a couple of days of each other (although they were all in the 40s when I started mine - thanks Zygor :)) and we've been chain-running heroics via DF to gear up. At first they were quite difficult and we were wiping quite a lot but, now that we've all got the t9 4-piece bonus, we're sailing through them :)

Running the weekly raid (patchwork must die, etc) is another way to get EoF and EoT, 5 per.
Every Tuesday after the servers come back up you can easily find a group to take you in on a weekly run.
Just keep your eyes out for the spam of a certain run, like Patchwork. If you see it 17 times in 2 min, thats the weekly.
Make sure you have someone share the quest with you, or it didnt happen, and you will be locked to that raid for the week.
When you know who to hand the quest in to (Dalran), you can make sure to get the quest every Tue before you spam for a spot.
Other than that, ICC gives EoF (pretty sure) on each boss kill, but there will be fight knowledge, vent, GS, and (in most cases) achievement posting requirements to get in that raid group.
All of this is assuming you have a level 80 char to use.

Hey Guyz,
To maximize your emblem farming firstly you must do your dungeon finder everyday this works out at 14 Emblems of Frost per week.
2ndly You must do the weekly raid and if it's ICC just look for a ICC group anyway, on average groups get to the 4th boss which is another 8 Emblems of Frost + a sack of frosty treasures which is another 5 EoF's
3rdly You must do a VoA Run you get 2 Emblems of Frost from the first boss you do.
So:
14
+
8 + 5
+
2
= 29 EoF's for a averagly geared player (around 5k gs)
If you did LK in both runs ICC 10/25 a week you would be getting 64 EoF's per Week, so thats Full T10.
You can go from 5k gs to 6k gs in under 7 weeks if you follow this routine every week and spend your EoF's wisely.

I didnt pay attn when I did this, but perhaps you will know....
If you run VoA 10man, then turn around and run 25man (or 25 then 10), do you get the EoF on the second run?
I do know that with Cataclysm they are going to lock you to the run itself, meaning if you run VoA 10man, you will be locked to 10man AND 25man.
Boooooooo Blizzard!

yes, you still get the emblems of frost as they are classed at the moment anyways as 2 different raids.

Nice.
Take advantage of this as long as you can folks.
This will go bye-bye with Cata.
