When you have the quest "Secret Strength of the Frenzyheart" (and it steps into that bit of the quest) you get errors:
quest has no such goal! Step 20, Line 6, Quest 12760, Goal 2
This is because you get ThunderBrew's Ale with the quest now, which means you don't have to collect it from him anymore.
