Purchased but can not download

I used the link in my download section to upgrade my account to have the Alliance Dailies and Events guides added, but I do not see it listed under my "Contents of your membership include: " section. It's like it never updated it and I'm not seeing it appear in my Zygor downloader either.

What do I need to do to get this downloaded and ready for Midsummer?

The event guides are normally updated sometime during the first day of the event. This is done like this to allow the Zygor team some time to ensure that the guides are accurate for the event.

We will have the guide out as quickly as possible, and as cabby said, it is often times released the same day, or shortly after it.
