Is there event Selection in Guide?

Hi all. I am new to Zygor and just purchased the Horde Dailies and Event Guide. I have read that this contains info on getting Netherdrake, Crusader Title, Heirlooms and many other goodies.

My question is: If I am interested in getting Heirlooms, does the guide allow me to select the most efficient starting point to do so?
