Step 7 for the Wolvar quest is incorrect. It tells you to visit Winterfin Retreat but for Wolvar quest you are suppose to visit Snowfall Glade.

Yeah I can confirm this as well, I took the wolvar version of the quest and the guide did not recognise that I had taken the quest then the steps later on sent me to the wrong place instead of Snowfall Glade.

So question... I went through and did the Oracle side od the quest from the lady in Dalaran. When I was picking she had both quests available for me to choose from. After I did the last step of the Oracle, return ot the ..., I went to complete the Wolven but she no longer offeres it.

Was this a pick either side type of thing? I tried waiting until the next day but again she did not offer it this morning.

Also, give a hint to do the bad example before you turn in all the quests. You can not get extra whistles from Dalaran, I had to go to SW to get a new orphan.

Judging from the comments over here: http://www.wowhead.com/quest=13927
it sounds like players who completed the quest chain last year have been unable to pick it up this year. Some have suggested that this is intended as a one or the other chain, but a few blue posts from Blizzards Forums says that they are "aware of and looking into the issue".

You can only do one race in Dalaran and will have to return next year for a follow up to do the other race.

It won't allow you do that other race in the same year.

I went through the various city quests via the guide. Did every step. The last step of each one was returning the orphan ... ie you no longer have a little brat to kick around. Sooo... I did all of them with Dalaran last. Well once I returned the kid I no longer had one. So when I went to do the Bad Example achievement I could not because she would not provide another whistle. After going to SW I was able to get a new whistle and an orphan and get the Bad Example.

Delete the Zygor folders inside your World of Warcraft/Interface/AddOns folder, then simply download and install the guide again. :-)
