nether drake guide problem

HI zygor, i am on the prequests of the nether drake guide. i am on step 17. i turn in the quest but the two other quests it will not be even able for me to accept them. the guy i talk to says i have to be master of flight which im not and this is why im on the prequests. could you guys help me. i really want my nether drake :D

Yes, that is why.
You need to have Artisan flying for the rest of the steps to become available to you.
