When finished with it, just before the duel with the last person to attain the rank/achievement/title. You're told to mount a Darnassian Nightsaber and the whole guide through it says Stormwind Steed.
I know it doesn't make a difference who you mount *da dum dish* but just figured you guys want some consistency :)
