Questions on dailies

I'm 80, and using the dailies guide to get my Argent Crusade and Revered Champions done. Using it to start the Netherwing quest. Love the guide. My question is, why would I want to do the other sections of the guide though? Not trying to be a smart a$$, I just don't understand the benefit of doing, for instance, the Borean Tundra section or whatever. Is there some kind of reference somewhere that would tell me what I get from doing the different sections?

I do believe the Borean Tundra, Howling Fjord sections are for people who are not yet 80. Those dailies unlock in the early 70's
