Netherdrake guide problem

Hello my netherdrake guide Revered pre-quest portion, shows steps 7-10 as red bars with no info or text in them, ive got the same problem in the revered guide whichs shows step 8 as just a red bar, is this normal? This persists after an update and my char is a lvl 80 mage
