Step 11 on Alliance Dailies and Events guide of Netherwing Reputation (Honored). There is, or seems to be a typo.
"Follow the path in the mine to him. He's near a big blue ghost dragon and a bride that is broken in half"
I'm assuming this means a bridge that is broken in half, since, I can't imagine why a big blue dragon wants a broken in half bride. =)
