So far I rather like the SIS, once i understood how to get it working on previous toons. Sometimes it hangs on me wanting to do low level quests because it's a chain quest but figured out a way round that too.

If you're asking how to keep the SIS from skipping any quests at all, just move the slidder bar all the way to 80. You should also uncheck the boxes as well. This will make sure you hit every quest objective and FP in the guide.
