It currently comes bundled with Cartographer but the author of that addon has decided to let it die. The Zygor team are working on creating their own waypoint system but in the mean time you can do the following:

1. Go into your AddOns directory and delete all folders that say Cartographer in them.
2. Download and install TomTom (http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/tomtom.aspx)

By deleating the files do you mean disabling them in WoW?? I disabled them in wow and installed Tom Tom but still know arrow. Sorry I'm not the best with computers xD

When not in game go to your WoW/Interface/AddOns directory and delete all the folders that say Cartographer in them.

When in game if the arrow still doesn't show up go to the guide options and select the Waypoint section and use the drop box to select TomTom.

When in game press Escape, select Interface, click on the Addons tab at the top, click on the little '+' sign beside Zygor Guides Viewer, then click on Waypoint. In that section of the options there should be a dropdown box, use that to select TomTom.

Hmm... at the character select screen click on the Addons button down bottom left and make sure both the 'Load out of date Addons' box is checked at the top right and that you have TomTom enabled.

On Windows 7 the default installation directory is C: \ Users \ Public \ Games \ World of Warcraft \ Interface \ AddOns

Have you installed TomTom with the Curse client or with the manual download?

matt44

With the manuel download.

I know it might not be what you want but try installing the Curse client and using the client to install TomTom. I have a feeling you've put the addon into the wrong spot with the manual install.

Make sure the TomTom folder is directly inside your AddOns folder, and not inside some other random folder inside your AddOns folder. If the TomTom folder is not directly inside the AddOns folder, the game will not detect it is installed.

So your path should look like :
World of Warcraft \ Interface \ AddOns \ TomTom

Inside that first TomTom folder you should see a bunch of files. Make sure there isn't another TomTom folder (which contains the TomTom files) inside the TomTom folder in the AddOns folder.

I've used the Curse client for quite some time. It's really handy for keeping the addons updated and you don't have to pay for it.
