A solution to greatest problem of Zygor: jumping in. [solved by SIS!]

So, I've been using zygor guides for around a year now off and on to level various characters. I was wondering if you, the zygor comunity, could compile a list of the easiest places to jump back into zygor guides. That is to say list (for each level 10-79) the best places you would find for that level to start using the guide again. The reason for this is to try to avoid quest chains that are time consuming to fulfill after either jumping in with the guide from say level 30 or simply getting ahead of the guide due to double or tripple experience.

Thought this could be a useful utility.
Please include level and step of the guide that a character would be best reintroduced to the guide.

Easy question ... where are the release notes I heard people talk about on the forums? I looked around but where ever they are I can't find them.
