Level 68, step 55, "talk to Exarch Orelis". I can't get the quest "Distraction at Manaforge" because there is no "?" above him. Can you tell me why???? I have rep with Scyers..... Thanks

It's because he is Aldor. Just skip it, shouldn't make a huge difference, just do the scryer quests on the side to make up for the loss in exp, no worries.
