i just bought zygors guide and i was wondering does the guide include instances?..and if not do any of u even do instances like take the time out of the zygor guide to do them?

I do them, sure. Looking for a group to run more with. According to what I read, I should be able to create a DK on any realm. Let me know yours and Ill give it a try.

The guide itself does not include instance runs as it was designed around solo leveling to 80. Like Kamchak, this does not mean you can't do instance runs with groups if you want to, how you use the guide is up to you and many people will run instances or skip some sections to go to a different zone earlier.

And yes Kamchak, once you're able to create a DK you can make one on any realm as long as you still have a character somewhere that is level 55. I've often started a new realm with a DK and an AH mule just to start building some gold before making a level 1 alt to play with.

See, this is why I love this forum. Here we have seasoned and well meaning people that share their knowledge with others, making it possible to lvl your toons quickly, lvl your professions quickly, make a darn respectable amount of gold, and gain insight into the vastness of WoW.
