70-72 Step 17

Ok I have followed this guide and done everything it said to do and i still cant get this quest. Its in the 70-72 step 17 and the quest is called " A Diplomatic Mission". Is anyone else having problems with this?

When I did it a few weeks ago it worked ok. Are you sure that you have done all the pre-required quests. You must have done these quests:

Do you have problems with accepting the quest or completing the quest?

yeah i did, but maybe i cant get it because i might have already done it on the horde side. So maybe that is why i cant pick up that quest since i already done it on the horde side, and me doing a faction change to the alliance. IF that makes any sense lol
