Is there an step in the guide to get your mount once you hit level 20. The reason I ask is that I just hit level 20 and wanted to know if there was a step in the guide to get the mount to get it when your near the area and such, or if it is like just go get your mount by yourself once you hit level 20.

There are no steps to tell you to go get it. When you hit 20 if you want a mount it's up to you to go get it on your own.

in the same way that the guide doesn't tell you to go get spell training... or tell yopu what rotations to use... some things have to be left to the player to decide :)
