error on page after installation complete

HI

I am having some loading issues with both alliance and horde guides. I install them and go ingame and a blank Zygor frame stating I need to load the guides.
Being a complete computer noob, whats the best way to uninstall the old guides. But pls note i have not had a horde guide previous to today, so this might not work for me.

I loaded the new easy way and also the manual way with no luck. But noticed while trying to install it manualy it did say installation complete however error on page. And Winrar pops up a warning box saying that the Zygor review file page can not be installed.

Very excited to get started and disappointed that i can not. And i know its probably something i am doing wrong. Please help.

Try this. Go into your Addons folder and delete every single Zygor and Cartographer folder you see there. Then try to run the installer and don't change any of the directory settings when it detects where to install.
