Our guides come in a compressed file called a Zip file. We recommend downloading a free program called WinRar which will uncompress the Zip file for you so you can install the guides. If you don't wish to install WinRar click here for instructions on how to manually install the guides. If you want to install both guides at the same time you can find instructions over here.

Once you have WinRar installed you can continue with the Zygor Installation instructions:
01) Go to www.zygorguides.com/amember/member.php and login.
02) Underneath Product Downloads click the link of the guide you wish to download.
03) Click Download Now and a box will pop up. Make sure "Open with WinRar" is selected and click Ok.
04) WinRar will start and it will tell you to purchase a license. Simply click the button that says Close. It will not close the program.
05) WinRar should look like it does in the screenshot below showing you the 17 files needed for our guide to run. Click "Extract To" option at the top.
06) A box will pop up asking where you want to unpack the files. You will need to browse to your World of Warcraft installation folder, select Interface and then select AddOns as displayed in this picture. However, if you install World of Warcraft somewhere else you will need to extract the guides there instead. Click Ok when you have selected the AddOns folder.
07) If you do not know where World of Warcraft is installed on your computer, go to the desktop, right click the WoW Icon, select Properties and you will find the directory next to the word Target.
By default World of Warcraft is installed to the following places.
Windows XP:
C: -> Program Files -> World of Warcraft -> Interface -> AddOns
Windows Vista:
C: -> Users -> Public -> Games -> World of Warcraft -> Interface -> AddOns
08) With the guides installed in the correct place. Close WinRar and load World of Warcraft. At the character selection screen you should now see a red box in the bottom left hand corner called Add ons. Click this box.
09) You should see a list of addons and the Zygor and Cartographer addons will be listed. Make sure all of the Zygor and Cartographer addons are checked and make sure "Load out of date addons" is checked at the top.
10) Go in game and you should see the Zygor Guide pop up and an arrow directing you where to go.
