I keep getting booted from the server or disconnected from the game when using Zygor's Guides:

We know some of you have been having disconnect issues. We're investigating the source of these disconnects and in this release we have added a new Maintenance Mode feature to help us do solve the problem.

To access Maintenance Mode hold shift while the game is loading or reloading. You may have to type /reload into the chat log to force a reload. The Maintenance Mode UI will show up and allow you to enable the guides startup features one at a time to find out which one is causing the disconnects for you.

Once you have discovered it, reload and enter Maintenance Mode again so you can generate a bug report to send to us either on the forums
or at support@zygorguides.com

The waypoint arrow dissappeared or isn't showing up:
There are a few instances when the waypoint arrow will not show. They are:
1. When you are on one continent pointing to another world. (standing on Azeroth but the step is in Outland).
2. Some steps just don't have map dots. For example: Go west to crossroads.

Are you sure the missing arrow isn't being caused by one of these factors? If so, right click the Z icon on the mini map, click the "+" symbol next to Zygor Guides Viewer, select Waypoints, and switch the waypointing addon drop down menu from none to Built-in waypointing.

If you moved the arrow too far off screen, try using the scaling options to try and make the arrow bigger and clickable again. Also check behind the actual guide because sometimes it gets lost behind the viewer.

How do I install the Guides?
All installation instructions can be found on the Installation Instructions page, which is located here.

Step x Has an Error
At all times the guides are being revised from 1-80 to fix all errors and problems within the guide. There are sticky posts in both the Alliance and Horde sections of the forums that can be used to report errors found in the guides or you can also post in the Bugs section of the forum. Before posting a new error please search the forums to see if the error you've found has already been submitted.

The Guide is not Shown in the Addon Screen
Most likely the guides are just not installed in the correct place. If you are using Windows Vista the installation folder is different. You will need to install the guides into:

However if this doesn't work it might be because you installed WoW in a place other than it's default folder. To find out where your World of Warcraft folder is, go to your Desktop, right click the World of Warcraft icon and select Properties. In the box that shows up, look under target to find your World of Warcraft folder. You will need to go there and install the guide under Interface -> AddOns.

Why Aren't Class Quests Included?
The guide only includes class quests which in some way speed up the leveling process. Our guides are strictly leveling guides and class quests to get spells like resurrection have no use while leveling. Class quests that reward special items are avoided too because these items are not worth the time and effort considering: 1. They generally take a long time to do and 2. Leveling is so fast with the guides that these items quickly depreciate in usefulness.

I Just Bought the Guide but Already have a Leveled Character; Where do I start?
You can use the Smart Injection System (SIS) feature of the guide to find the best starting place in the guide.

I Tried Everything Yet Nothing Works!
The following is the end-all of solutions. This will reset all your Auctioneer scan data, Gatherer node info, etc.), key binding, video / sound settings, macros, in-game Addon placement/layout, etc.

I. Go to your World of Warcraft folder on your hard drive. Delete your "Cache" folder.

II. Inside your World of Warcraft folder, go inside your WTF folder. Delete your "Account" folder.
