I just went to the download section and according to what I read, the things that are included in my package include:

•Zygor Leveling Guide - Alliance (TRIAL) - click to upgrade
•Zygor Leveling Guide - Horde (TRIAL) - click to upgrade

I bought the guide at the $90 price, why do I need to upgrade? or is this a glitch? Do I need to purchase again?

Looking into this, there were some changes on the site - perhaps a glitch remains.

Hello,

When you open the membership page, you should see (if you purchased both guides) the link to the "All in One" downloadable package. You should see something like this:

Are you sure it's not the Dailies and Event guide asking if you want to upgrade?

Please check now - apparently the "both" purchase wasn't recognized properly by the new downloader system.

Definitely a glitch since lilocowboy is showing as having purchased the Alliance Dailies guide which hasn't been released yet.

It looks like you're able to download the products correctly, there just seems to be an issue with the system only wanting to give you Trial talent builds. Greedy system! :-P
