Service after the sale
Without a doubt I love the guides. I bought the Alliance guide first and picked up the Horde guide primarily to support Zygor Guides. Will I use the Horde guide? Probably not for some time. So why pay $50 for a guide that won't be used for months?
Here's why! Service after the sale! I work in IT and many times I've told my family and friends that anybody can put together PC's and sell them. What makes a PC company great is service after the sale.
If you browse these forums you will see many examples of bugs, errors, and other issues that have been resolved in a very timely manner. Not to mention the help from the Zygor team on issues that don't even relate to the guides. Here's an example of something I posted.
In less than 48 hours the problem (barring unforeseen issues) will be fixed in the next release. Every since v2.0 got released the response time has been similar.
