is there a guide to get legion flying?

There is no flying in Legion yet. That will supposedly be added to the game with patch 7.2.

ok thanks i just started back on wow. so i guess then i mean will there be a guide when you can get flying?

Once Blizzard adds flying for Legion into the game we will be making a guide for getting it unlocked. You can start working toward that goal now by completing the Legion Pathfinder, Part One achievement. Part Two of that achievement will be what unlocks flying and that will require Part One to be completed. We do have guides for Part One already in place.

Yes, the guides to unlock flying in Legion were released when flying for the expansion was added to the game. You want to complete the Broken Isles Pathfinder, Part Two achievement guide to unlock flying for Legion.
