I want to get help for this problem to syncro thanks yyyy.jpg

Please run the desktop client and click on the gear icon at the bottom right to access the settings. Now in the gold guide section of settings setup your realm and then click on the Sync All button. This will get your historical data for your realm downloaded and put in place for the in-game guide to use.
