little bit of lag any help would be great

so i just started using Zygor™ and i am a very happy customer
i know that you guys are working on a fix for the cpu load issue

but is there any tricks i can use or do to lessen it
it seem to effect me when i quest more then when i run dungeons
and its very random when it happens

i'm not a heavy add-on user i have a bag add on and dominos for my bars and zygor™

yesterday Zygor™ lagged me out 7 times today 3 times and its mostly when i am running quest horde side right now i'm in the BC zones i have done the delete thing in the wtf blah blah part but anything else would be a big help

thank you guys for this awesome add-on keep up the good work

p.s. any bad grammar or spelling issue is the fault of vodka and its control over my keyboard

Have you noticed any common things for when the lag starts? How long does the lag last? On a flight, walking, mounted? Does the lag start as soon as a new step is shown or maybe after you enter a new area? Anything like this to help narrow it down would be great help.
