You guys are going to hate me. I'm not sure if this has to do with the same issue that is causing problems in some of your other Cata achievement guides, but the Well Read achievement won't auto-update when you read the book. You have to click the arrow to get to the next step. There have been a couple of steps that updated before I even had the book read.
Also, Step 11, it says that the book is on the floor when it's actually on a ledge... >.>
