Bloodgrazer Swarm! in Azsuna wants you to hearth to Dalaran, if you are already in the zone.

I had just finished a world quest near Illidari Stand, and the swarm is located right next to Challiane's Terrace.

Yeah, there was another thread posted just a bit ago about this WQ and one of the coordinates acting goofy. I passed that on to our guy that is working on all of the world quests so he can look it over. This is probably from that same thing.
