freezing every 5 seconds

when zygor guide is loaded, my char keeps freezing every 5 seconds for about half a second. if i remove zygor from the loaded addons then the freezing doesn't occur.
I have tried deleting zyyor guides and re-installing and that seems to fix it for a while but the freezing comes back after a time.

Do you have the freezing if all other addons are disabled and only Zygor is running?

Also, is this happening all of the time, or when doing specific activities? We're unable to replicate this issue on our end, so any more info you can give would be helpful. Thanks.

It was happening just by doing quests.
I have disabled everything except Zygor and the issue doesn't seem to be there.
I will need to enable them one by one and see which one is the culprit.
i have a lot of addons so I may be here some time
I will let you know my findings.
