Auction tab of gold guide empty

I have yet to get anything to show for this tab. I have scanned several times, I have the relevant AH data, but the auction tab is empty
Help!

When you do an AH scan on the Sell tab there will be an analysis message that shows up in the chat window when it's finished. Please tell me what that analysis message says.

The chat log said Zygor's Guides Viewer: Analysis Complete. 0 items scanned in 0 auctions.

That analysis message means that it's not getting the scan done and that is why you are seeing nothing in the gold guide. Do you use any other AH addons? What are your current Inventory Management settings for the AH tools?

No additional addons, and default

Open up the AH and make sure you are on the Sell tab. At first it will do a quick scan of the AH for items that are in your bag. Give it a minute to do that and wait for the button bottom center to show Scan (not Scan New). Click that button and it should show progress and after a minute or two it should have an analysis message that has some actual numbers. Let me know if that happens and if so what the new numbers are.

It doesn't seem to go away or change to a regular scan button

Ok, go into the guide viewer settings and in the Inventory Management section uncheck the option to automatically scan the AH. Then exit the game completely and go back in and try again.
