The Zygor addon appears to be interfering with the Call the Val'Kyr ability from the warrior order hall. If you try to use Call the Val'Kyr with the Zygor addon loaded, the quest disappears from the map, but it doesn't complete. Disabling the Zygor addon allows it to function properly.
