I've found that the "knocker" to enter the Rogue Class Order Hall, which is located upstairs near the MINING TRAINER (46.13 26.60) puts you in a MUCH more convenient area of the Order Hall.
Anyway, long-story-short, I believe there is a better and more efficient way of entering the Rogue Order Hall than the method that is always suggested by the guides.
