i cannot loaad mt zygor client

Hi after i dowload the latest zygor client exe and i try to install, i got the following error msg:
It appears as if you already have an instance of the Zygor Client running, but weren't be able to restore it for you automatically.
Check your tray for a Z icon, If you can't find one , contact for support staff. I can't find one anad resolve the issues> Please guilde me step by step and i use window.

Try opening the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Escape) and in the Processes tab (pre-Win8) or the Details tab (Win8 or Win10) find the java.exe process that is running. When you find it end that process then try running the client again.

If you can not find the java.exe process then try restarting your computer.
