Zygor XP leveling guides won't load

This is new today and occurs across all characters. Effect of bug is that the guides are unusable. The error message I receive is:

I just started getting this error.
I had been using the guides this morning (10/10/2016).
I switched to a new character around 1:00 PM est and started getting the error.

No guides are loading for me. Chat window has ERROR initializing, check the Lua errors. When I tried to scan and repair said Zygor was down for maintenance!

If you log out of Zygors and try to log back in it says its down for maintenance. I am sure they are working to resolve the issues or upgrading the current guides.
