How many steps does the Azsuna guide have ?

Can someone please tell me how many steps the Azsuna's guide should have as I jump from the Azsuna guide onto a class hall one and now it would appear that the guide is convinced iver completed all the quests for that area and keep kicking me to the demon hunter intro guide.

That coupled with the waypoint arrow apparently having no idea where certain parts of questlines are, Im getting that dreaded feeling of " Maybe im wasting my time" again.

the guide just seems full of bugs like every time you enter a cave it tells you to leave the cave, then even when you do it sits there saying that untill you move quite some distance away.

Also every time you login it to you to hearth to dalaran , then you have to click the back step arrow then forward step arrow to hopefully land on the part of the guide you should be on.

You can mouse over the green progress bar at the bottom of the guide, and it will tell you the steps done/total. There are some options to change the display as well.

For the arrow, right click it and select recheck route. Keep in mind some world quests are still being added into the guide. For example, see today's change log. These quests (like the professions) did not exist in the beta for Zygor to code.

Thank you for the reply. the problem I have is that Im convinced I still had quests to do in Azsuna. but now when I try to get the guide to even load that area, the guide just starts by jumping to the demon hunter uintro and scans through all questts till it hits steps 179 then stops and simply wont load the Azuna one at all to let me check anything.

Hmm, sounds like the guide is stuck. I know what this will sound like, but try these steps to "force reset" things. None of your progress data will be lost.

1. Browse to World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\your account name\SavedVariables and delete the two ZygorGuidesViewer files.
2. Use the wrench icon near the bottom right of the Zygor desktop program and then select Scan & Repair.

Now try it in game and reply back with your status.

The Azsuna guide has 258 steps. The very last step will be to turn in Fate of the Queen's Reprisal and then it will load up your Intro & Artifacts guide so that you can get your next zone unlocked.

Thanks for the responses folks I have redownloaded and installed the guide and it does go to step 258 but it still as soono as it hits that it then loads the demon hunter guide and quickly scans and stops at step 179.

It sounds like you have done everything in the Azsuna guide and then it's taking you to the Intro & Artifacts guide. That is normal. When it reaches the end of a zone guide it will load the Intro & Artifacts guide so you can use the map in your class hall to select the next zone you want to level in and get it unlocked.

This automatic loading of the Intro guides seems to cause a bit confusion. Maybe putting a confirmation step at the end of the zone guides would be a good idea, like "You finished this zone guide, click here to continue with the Intro and Artifacts guide".
