Stonhiem step 224 cant be done

I was following the guide with no problems i get to step 224 and i cant pick up the quest, the quest giver is grayed out. Is this quest Level Locked?

What is the name of the quest it is telling you to accept?

Piercing the mist. I was lvl 102 only 25% into it.

same here. level 108 and can't accept 'Piercing the Mists'

Looks like they changed the level requirement for that quest to 110. We'll get this fixed in the guides.

yes i just reported this Quest "piercing the mists" is 110 level now ...
