Guide to fast because reputation to low?

Hey i am in Stormheim and ready for the Quest "Piercing the Mists" but i don't get it because the reputation is to low.

Is it possible that you made there a mistake and skiped some questes in the guide before i can start them? Or is that Blizzard related issue?

+ When i click on the flight master i need to check the name, the old path-shower does not show up

according to wowhead, this quest required you to be level 110
