No historical data found

When i try to use gold guide at auctioneer, it says no historical data found. I followed the guide so idk what to do next

Run your desktop client, click the gear icon in the bottom right, go into the gold guide section of the settings, setup your realms on the right side, then click the Sync All button. That will download the historical data for your realms.

I did this multiple times, even restarted the client and did it again. Acts like its working, but still says the same at AH

You're sure you setup the correct region for the realms? US vs EU?
