Yes, the Zygor addon with all guides uses more than 200 MB. This has something to do with the ability to search for guides.

I would not worry about that, unless you have a computer with less than 4 GB RAM you should not run into problems.
Right after starting WoW it used 2 GB RAM in total on my PC.

It's normal due to the amount of guides we have and features. It does not affect performance in anyway (a common misconception). That said, we do have an update coming with Legion that will improve performance (but memory will remain the same).
